3. Add-on services:
a. Goods-purchasing Service in Vietnam:
CambodiaShip provides good-purchasing service from E-commerce platforms in Vietnam
(Tiki, Sendo, Lazada, Shopee…), online store,…
• Fee of service: $5.25/order (Standard weight 1kg).
• Extra charge for over 1KGS: +$1/kg (For next KGS that are over 1KGS).
• Transport fee that can arise from seller to CambodiaShip’s warehouse in Vietnam: $2.0 – $5.0.
b. Warehouse service:
• Storage fee for goods in Cambodia: $80/first 50kgs
• Maximum weight: 500kgs/time
c. Human rental service:
• Support tallying, create order…
• Fee: $60/person/month
d. Cash withdrawing service: 20$/month
e. Freight transport services Vietnam – Phnom Penh: $1.0/1.0kgs (over 200kgs will be negotiable)
f. Money transfer service from Phnom Penh to Vietnam: 1% of the total transaction amount
4. Size conversion formula
• Chargeable Weight will be calculated by making a comparison between Actual Gross Weight and Volumetric Weight, the larger number will be chosen.
• Weight (kg) = {Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm)}/3000 (Each dimension is not over 60cm)
5. Insurance policy
– Insurance Fee:
• Free charge for shipments with the value of less than or equal to $100
• Add more 0.5% per total amount of commodity price for shipments with the value of more than $100
– For shipments that are secured with insurance, the owners are compensated at the rate of $1,000 maximally
– Shipments that are not secured with insurance are lost but the owners can prove the value of shipment, they will get the maximum compensation of 5 times more than delivery cost.
